A NIGERIAN man who circumcised a baby boy, who later died from blood loss, is determined to prove to the Irish authorities he is “one of the best circumcisionists in the world”.

A HEALTH BOARD, which has been criticised for failing to provide non-medical circumcision, is to meet next month to discuss improving general services.

GARDAÍ were last night searching for a man who carried out a botched circumcision on a four-week-old baby who later died in hospital.
