The Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) and the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (IAPI) today launched a series of expanded guidelines for the procurement of advertising and public relations services by the public sector.

More than 65% of the Irish public believe action should be taken against companies that have poor records on issues such as labour relations, human rights, treatment of animals and abuse of the environment.
