The proposed €180m Cork-Ringaskiddy motorway will have a devastating impact on some properties, especially in the Rochestown area, according to concerned residents.

The Port of Cork may have to sign a legal agreement compelling it to use a special traffic management system if its €100m Ringaskiddy expansion gets the green light.
