A fund is opposing an application to appoint an examiner to one of Ireland’s top golf courses, the High Court has heard.

FIFA have extended their provisional ban on Mohamed Bin Hammam by another 45 days, the Qatari’s lawyers have revealed.

Mohamed Bin Hammam will take his battle against a lifetime ban for bribery to the Court of Arbitration for Sport after losing an appeal against the punishment.
