Rob Herring will return from Ireland duty to captain Ulster in tomorrow's Pro14 clash against Zebre.

Connacht Head Coach Andy Friend has made a host of changes to the side that lost to Sale Sharks in the European Challenge Cup Quarter Final last weekend.

The 21-year-old back-rower scored twice on only his second Guinness PRO14 start for Connacht.
