Ryanair will have to supply a detailed “remedy package” to the European Commission as part of the second phase of the EC’s investigation into its Aer Lingus takeover attempt.

Aer Lingus has struck a deal with Etihad Airways that will see the two airlines have full access to each others’ destinations allowing them to span the globe.
