Two men have been remanded in custody today after they were accused of the murder of Eamon Kelly who was killed in a shooting in Dublin 2012.

Phuong Nguyen, 40, with an address at Templeview Row, Clarehall, Dublin allegedly caused more than €50,000 worth of damage during the incident on Monday.

Three judicial appointments were only approved by Cabinet yesterday following “an almighty dust-up” between Fine Gael and Independent Alliance ministers, the Irish Examiner can reveal.
