A member of the garda unit who arrested three men as part of an investigation in to the activity of dissident republicans has denied misleading the Special Criminal Court.

A Roscommon man who sexually abused his sister has been given a five year sentence by Mr Justice Paul Carney at the Central Criminal Court today.
