A Cavan man accused of murder was seen leaving the victim’s house carrying a shotgun the Central Criminal Court heard today.

A Cavan man accused of murder was wearing clothes on the morning of the alleged murder “similar” to clothes upon which blood staining was subsequently found, the Central Criminal Court heard today.
