A murder trial has heard a bullet taken from the deceased’s body could not be linked to the gun retrieved near the scene.

A 21-year old accusing four gardaí of assaulting him, instructed a solicitor to sue for the injuries he received in the alleged beating, a Dublin Circuit Criminal Court has heard.
