A blind woman accused of shouting expletives as children played nearby denied the charge and said that it was a member of An Garda Síochána who used foul language to her.

A woman who accompanied her 16-year-old son to a juvenile court yesterday broke down in tears and pointed to him saying: “This blackguard is assaulting me in my own home”.
