A Co Wexford truck driver and a Dublin man are to face trial following a seizure of €1.5m worth of heroin in Dublin.

A taxi driver who was caught with €1m worth of heroin in his car and at the home he shared with his partner has been given the 10-year mandatory minimum sentence for this offence by Judge Frank O'Donnell.

An retired man running a "forgery factory" making fake bank statements and payslips for loan applications, car documentation and ID cards has been given a suspended sentence at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
