Derek McGarrity and co-driver, Diarmuid Falvey (Subaru WRC) have won the Kelso based Jim Clark International Rally - a counting round of both the Irish and British Rally Championships.

Manx-born driver Mark Higgins and his Belfast co-driver Michael Gibson, on board their Ford Focus WRC, lead at the end of the first leg of the AnswerCall Direct Ulster Rally.

Always having more pace than his rivals, Derryman Kevin Lynch parented by Francis O’Regan (Subaru WRC) won the Midleton-based Moonraker Rally, round four of the McCauley Trailers Irish Forest Rally Championship.

Manx born Mark Higgins and co-driver Craig Thorley have won the Manx International Rally by a comfortable margin of four minutes and 43.8 seconds.
