HOUSE-building group, McInerney Holdings is expected to report full-year pre-tax profits of around €50.4 million on a turnover of around €540m for 2005, when it issues its 2005 results later this week.

BUILDING materials group Kingspan moved closer to getting a $41 million (€34m) payout yesterday when an American court upheld a finding against the former owners of its American floor-making subsidiary.

THE strength of the euro hit profits at building supplies manufacturer Kingspan to the tune of €2 million in 2003 but the company still managed to increase pre-tax profits by 3% to €65.4m.
