SIAC Holdings Ltd have secured a new investor in a bid to save the company.

Civil engineering and building services group SIAC Construction Limited today announced an 11% increase in pre-tax profits to €4.5m.

Construction group SIAC has announced operating profits up 39% to €12.3m in its results for the year ended December 31, 2003.
