The Irish Heart Foundation tells us that 10,000 people die each year from cardiovascular disease — mainly stroke and heart attacks — caused by a build-up of fatty deposits in our arteries. Q. I have started taking MenoHerb recently. I am not sure how long I need to take it for. As it contains black cohosh, which I understand can cause liver damage, I am concerned about long-term use. What do you think?
