MEG WALSH told her husband she wouldn’t make a formal complaint to gardaí after he assaulted her if he signed their home over to her, a court heard yesterday.

TWO weeks before she disappeared Meg Walsh told gardaí she had been assaulted by her husband, who is now on trial for her murder at the Central Criminal Court in Dublin.
