A porn actor suspected of murdering and dismembering a Chinese student and posting his body parts to Canada’s top political parties was reading about himself on the internet when he was arrested at a Berlin cafe.

A man killed in a videotaped attack that was discovered after body parts were mailed to Canada's top political parties was a Chinese student, police have said.
