The Court of Criminal Appeal has quashed the conviction of a woman who received a five-year suspended sentence for assisting armed robbers and possessing a gun more than four years ago.

The trial of a Meath resident accused of possessing a firearm and assisting armed robbers has begun at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
