Investigators are offering a “substantial” reward for help to track down an Irishman who faked his own death after the murder of a young art student.

THE international police agency, Interpol, has issued an alert for an Irishman suspected of murdering a student on the Clare-Galway border over five years ago.

THE sister of the late Emer O’Loughlin said her family “have always known that Emer was murdered”.
