A last-minute SOS has been issued by the organisers of a charity’s ‘Butterfly Garden’ for seriously ill children, scheduled to open in West Cork next weekend.

Take a determined garden designer, a willing publican and an acre of land on the remote Sheep’s Head peninsula — and you’ve the makings of West Cork’s most eclectic night spot.
