A Belfast pathologist has confirmed that Dhara Kivlehan died of multiple organ failure against a background of a rare syndrome, HELLP.

An inquest is to get underway in Co Leitrim today into the death of Dhara Kivlehan, who died in 2010 four days after giving birth at Sligo General Hospital.
