We often hear how nature will do well, even come back from the brink of extinction, if given a chance and some human help.

Nature lovers will be taken out in a boat at Killarney National Park this weekend in the hope of viewing two of the park’s most prized possessions, white-tailed sea eagle chicks.

The first chick hatched in a project to bring white-tailed sea eagles back to Ireland was tagged yesterday and its movements can now be tracked through a satellite transmitter.

WHITE-TAILED sea eagles are winging it to all corners of the country.
