A MULTI-MILLION-DOLLAR law case will open in a New York courtroom next Monday when the family of a Limerick woman who died as a result of botched plastic surgery begin an action against a disgraced surgeon.

THE New York State Supreme Court yesterday fixed September 15 for the start of the multi-million-euro lawsuit taken by the husband and young sons of a Co Limerick woman who died after a facelift.

THE multi-million-dollar lawsuit being taken by the family of a Limerick woman who died after undergoing a facelift by a discredited US plastic surgeon will open in the New York Supreme Court on February 21, the family’s lawyer revealed last night.
