A company providing cleaning and security services at Dublin Airport has brought a legal challenge after its tender for a €25m contract to provide those and other services over the next five years was rejected.

A HIGH COURT judge has warned POD Concerts there will be “serious consequences” if it fails to honour by Thursday all aspects of its agreement with the Irish Music Rights Organisation (IMRO) over royalty payments for live music events.

A judge today directed that experts examining a €1m disputed patch of land beside RTÉ broadcaster Pat Kenny's Dalkey home should be allowed to take photographs of the land.
