Betfair have agreed to extend their sponsorship of the Betfair Chase at Haydock Park for another three years.

Officials at Aintree Racecourse were expecting "one of the greatest ever Grand Nationals" this morning as final preparations were made before the big race.

Irish-trained horses remain doubtful for this week's Martell Grand National meeting at Aintree.
