The Special Criminal Court has ruled that the arrests of six Dublin men accused of IRA membership at a house in Tallaght were unlawful.

A Dublin man who was arrested for alleged membership of the IRA has been granted bail by the Special Criminal Court.

Eight Dublin men charged with membership of the IRA have been served with a book of evidence at the Special Criminal Court.
