The university where Karen Buckley began her nursing studies is today honouring the memory of a popular graduate whose “main aim in life was to help people”.

A friend and neighbour of Karen Buckley said she is haunted by the thought of Karen’s body being found on an isolated Scottish farm so far from her native Cork.
