Some of the bruises found on actress Natalie Wood’s body may have occurred before she drowned in the waters off Southern California more than 30 years ago.

No new evidence has been uncovered in the death of Natalie Wood that would point to foul play, authorities said.

Actor Robert Wagner is not a suspect in the 30-year-old drowning of his actress wife, Natalie Wood, and there is nothing to indicate a crime, even though the investigation has been re-opened, a sheriff’s detective said.
