The chairman of the Moriarty Tribunal has accepted that his tribunal has made what he says are two 'not insignificant errors' in relation to the key matter before it.

The Moriarty Tribunal has been hearing evidence about a meeting in 2002 between the Tribunal's lawyers and the Attorney General's Office about the issue of ownership of the State's second mobile phone licence.

The long-awaited report from the Moriarty Tribunal is facing further delays.
