A WOMAN accused of running a Washington prostitution ring has been ordered not to release any more phone records that could implicate former customers.

A prominent military consultant and a Bush administration official have already been linked to a Washington escort service that prosecutors contend was a prostitution ring.

An accused Washington madam today said she was sorry a former top US State Department official had been outed as a client.
