Voice-activated smartphones and dashboard infotainment systems may be making drivers even more distracted, new studies have found.

Air crash investigators have determined Asiana Airlines Flight 214 was travelling “significantly below” the target speed during its approach and that the crew tried to abort the landing just before it smashed onto the runway.

Pilots of the doomed Asiana Flight 214 were flying too slowly as they approached San Francisco airport, experts said, and investigators believe rescue crews could have run over one of the two teenagers killed in the crash.
