Two of Big Brother’s “halfway housemates” have been evicted tonight after just a week on the programme.

The male population of the Big Brother house dwindled again yesterday as Liam McGough was chosen to join Ziggy Lichman in the Halfway House.

Big Brother's Ziggy Lichman will wake up in unfamiliar surroundings today following a day in which ex-flame Chanelle Hayes walked from the show and housemates voted him into the “halfway house”.

The first of five potential housemates got the chance to spend some time in the main Big Brother house today in the hope of being asked to move in permanently.
