Dermot Meleady claimed that for Jewish refugees of the Nazi holocaust, Palestine was “…their only available refuge…”

I am writing re Charles Hayes’ contention, (Letters 22 June) that anti-Zionism is not the same as anti-Semitism, the first being a moral stance and the latter being, “pernicious..”. 

I OBJECT strongly to Steven King’s column (January 7). The distortion of fact and history that it embodies is astounding.

THEY will wait until sundown and the end of the Sabbath before kick-off in tonight’s game. With the weekend that’s in it, it’s hard to ignore the Biblical analogies.
