A man arrested after a minicab crash sparked a terror alert in London's museum district has been released by police.

SHE looks like a teenage angel, but 16-year-old Chelsea O’Mahoney was the personification of evil as she filmed friends stamping on a man’s head in one of several so-called “happy slapping” attacks on randomly picked victims.
