ENGLAND: Annual sales of vinyl albums have soared past the million mark for the first time in 18 years —buoyed by veteran rock act Pink Floyd.

BUILDING materials group Kingspan moved closer to getting a $41 million (€34m) payout yesterday when an American court upheld a finding against the former owners of its American floor-making subsidiary.

A US court has upheld an arbitration award of $40.7m (€33.2m) made to building materials group Kingspan last year in relation to the company's purchase of a flooring company.
