A garda is to face a new charge of driving a vehicle with a tyre tread depth below the legal limit the night a man was killed by a car.

FAMILY and friends of Derek O’Toole gathered in his native west Dublin yesterday to pay their final tributes to the young man who died in mysterious circumstances more than a week ago.
