Hundreds of British police officers have been accused of abusing their power to sexually exploit people, including vulnerable victims of crime, a damning report has revealed.

Northern Ireland’s main high-security jail is to be broken into three mini prisons, the justice minister said.

Prison officers in the North have agreed to reforms intended to overhaul the much-criticised service.
