HOUSING waiting lists have increased massively over the past few years as a result of the housing crisis and a change in the State’s approach to providing local authority housing.

Groups working with the poor and disadvantaged have accused the Government of doing little to address child poverty in Ireland.

“TODAY’S budget is crafty, it’s a cunning budget. It’s been designed to push the right buttons. It’s a budget pretending to say sorry we messed up but everything now is changed, we are a reformed group”.
