JOHN OXX is to allow Zanughan to take his chance in the Derrinstown Stud Derby Trial at Leopardstown on May 8 following a cosy victory on Sunday.

John Oxx will “let the dust settle” before deciding whether Sea The Stars will attempt to add to his legacy at the Breeders’ Cup.

John Oxx is well aware staying is likely to be the name of the game when Sea The Stars bids to secure his place in racing legend with victory in the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe at Longchamp tomorrow.

Azamour will not run in the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe after failing to recover from a tweaked back muscle.
