A man who punched a female neighbour in the stomach outside her front door was convicted of assault yesterday and ordered to undergo assessment for anger management.

A man wearing his pyjamas ran out of his house in the early hours of the morning and sprayed a neighbour in the eyes with Yves Saint Laurent perfume.

Tensions between two men spilled over into an exchange of blows on the side of the street after one of them blew kisses at the other.
