LONDON-headquartered media group Ten Alps, which was co-founded by Bob Geldof, is planning to expand through acquisition in the Irish market this year.

Bob Geldof's company Ten Alps Communications is buying Pacesetter Holdings for around £1.2m in cash and shares.
