THE number of children with unemployed parents dropped by two-thirds at the height of the Celtic Tiger, a survey revealed yesterday.

PARENTS with a child starting school for the first time next week face bills of at least €54,000 over the lifetime of their offspring’s education, a costs survey has shown.
