SPECIALIST Irish technology firm First Derivatives has said that it has made a strong start to the second half of its financial year; building on a good first six months.

LEADING Irish recruitment specialist CPL Resources has said that it has seen improvement across most aspects of its business in the latter half of its latest financial year and that its profits are on track to meet expectations.

PRE-TAX losses at Dublin-based investment group, Prime Active Capital (PAC) more than halved last year, to €1.4m; down from a loss of €3.9m in 2009.
