Minister accused of trying to evade foster home abuse families

ONE of Waterford city’s most picturesque and tranquil city centre areas is being over-run by skate boarders, rollerbladers and mountain bikers who are making it a no-go area for everyone else, a city councillor has claimed.

POLITICAL lobbyist Frank Dunlop felt obliged to pay £15,000 to councillors who had voted in favour of rezoning his client’s property in 1992, despite the fact the rezoning motion was defeated.
