Darren Clarke has begun his round at Royal Troon in the British Open. Clarke is tied in 13th place at two under after the first hole in today's round.

Tom Watson was left on his own out in front at the United States Open today when joint overnight leader Brett Quigley three-putted the first hole of his second round.
