BANK of Scotland (Ireland) has acquired a 10% stake in Irish communications company Blue Ocean Wireless for €3.6 million ($4.8m).

Irish communications firm Blue Ocean Wireless has announced that Bank of Scotland (Ireland) has acquired a 10% equity interest in the company, valuing it at approximately US$48m (€35.9m).

BARRY’S TEA has entered a joint venture arrangement with Bank of Scotland’s ICC Venture Capital arm to spend €62.25m to buy Batchelor’s and Beck Smith, the Irish operations of British giant Northern Foods.
