The US Constitution forbids the execution of killers who were under 18 when they committed their crimes the Supreme Cort ruled today , ending a practice used in 19 states.

A DEEPLY divided Supreme Court last night wrestled over allowing states to execute teenage killers, with several justices raising concerns that the United States is out of step with the rest of the world.
