CHARLIE Connelly, author of self-deprecating, quirky travel books, is the host of this year’s literary breakfast at the Immrama festival of travel writing in Lismore, Co Waterford, on Jun 16.

Bestselling author Simon Winchester has been added to the burgeoning line-up for this year’s Immrama Festival of Travel Writing, taking place in Lismore later this month.

A world-renowned travel writer, who proposed to his wife while visiting Lismore in 2010, will return this month to speak at an event celebrating the Immrama travel writing festival.
