It may sound like he’s trying to pull the wool over our eyes, but boxing legend Steve Collins has told how he’s landed his dream job as a sheep farmer.

STEVE COLLINS was back on some old, familiar territory in Cork last night to receive another belt, this time at Neptune Stadium where his brother, Paschal, was promoting the Irish middleweight title fight between Corkman Gary “Sp.ike” O’Sullivan and Ciaran Healy.

STEVE COLLINS’s original sporting ambition was to be a jockey.
